Terms & Conditions

General


These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all sales of microgreens and microherbs (“Products”) provided by [The Epicurian Club] (“Seller”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to customers, including restaurants, catering businesses, and individual consumers (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”).

Placing an order


  • Orders may be placed via email, phone, online submission, or in person.


  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.


  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing & Payment


All prices are listed in sterling and may be subject to change without notice.


Payment is due before delivery or as otherwise agreed in writing.


For business clients (restaurants and caterers), net payment terms (e.g., Net 7/15/30) may be offered upon approval.


Late payments may incur interest charges of [insert interest %, e.g. 1.5%] per month.


Delivery


Delivery days and times will be agreed upon in advance.


A minimum order amount may be required for free delivery (£30). Otherwise, a delivery fee may apply.


It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order during the scheduled time.


Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

Product Quality and Shelf Life


Our products are harvested fresh and packed with care to ensure optimal quality.


Due to the perishable nature of microgreens and microherbs, shelf life may vary depending on storage conditions.


Customers are encouraged to refrigerate products immediately upon receipt.


We do not accept responsibility for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.

Returns and Refunds


If you receive a product that is damaged or unsatisfactory, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and description.


At our discretion, we may offer a replacement, credit, or refund.


No returns will be accepted without prior communication.

Cancellations and Modifications


Orders may be modified or canceled up to [12 hours] before the scheduled delivery.


Cancellations made after this cutoff may be subject to a charge or partial billing.
